German-speaking Account Executive

Overview In this role you own the full sales cycle for the Swiss market from prospecting to closing, driving customer growth for a fast-growing B2B partner. You will join an ambitious team and help expand market presence while enjoying a structured commission model. Your work will involve direct prospecting, consultative selling, and building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify potential customers to build a strong Swiss sales pipeline
• Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email
• Conduct consultative sales to uncover pain points and tailor solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals
• Develop existing accounts in partnership with Customer Success to ensure long-term value
