Local Product Manager: Lead Country Strategy

Pluxee España SAU is seeking a Local Product Manager to lead country product strategy and delivery, translating global vision into country-specific roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Tech to ensure timely, high-impact digital products that meet local market needs.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in product management, strong go-to-market and regulatory awareness, and fluency in Spanish and English.
