Software Development Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the technology strategy and build scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS, shaping products for water-sports enthusiasts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define features, ensure data privacy, and mentor the tech team. You’ll contribute backend expertise to full-stack initiatives and keep the user experience front and center. This is a hands-on leadership position in a hybrid, innovation-driven company.

• hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• 9:00–18:00 working hours

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable mobile apps for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations
• Manage and mentor the technology team
• Contribute to technical aspects of projects with backend expertise
• Take a user-oriented approach to ensure a seamless and intuitive end-user experience

Requisitos principales

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong expertise in Android and iOS mobile app development
• Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with in-app payment implementations
