At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern eager to learn, develop their skills, and take part in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic, and international environment.
Задачи * Take part in recruitment processes, from publishing job ads to identifying and evaluating candidates. * Screen resumes and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms. * Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews. * Manage and update the candidate database. * Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes. * Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the different stages of the process. * Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of different business areas.
