Head Of Product Analytics

Finom is seeking a Growth & Activation product analytics analyst to shape how new customers discover, start using, and grow with the product. You will define experiments, metrics, and readouts with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving, evidence-based environment. You will design tests, set activation metrics, and build testing infrastructure that scales across product teams. You'll apply SQL, Python, and causal methods, and leverage AI tools daily to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders
