Senior Java Developer

Overview

In this role you will develop and maintain customized software for a European tax administration project, contributing to a secure, scalable platform that supports tax processing and data management. You will work within a cross-functional team to implement components, test, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, aligning with the project roadmap. Responsabilidades

• Implement software components according to design specifications
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Conduct unit testing of software components
• Assist in effort estimation and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to ensure efficient project progress
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps
• Participate in incident triage and prioritization
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes

Requisitos principales

• 6+ years of Java development experience
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
• Good understanding of testing principles
