Senior HR Business Partner — Plant Leadership

Clarios is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead HR for two manufacturing sites in Spain, guiding 550+ employees and aligning local HR with regional strategy. You will serve as a strategic advisor to Plant leadership, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliant HR delivery across Guardamar del Segura and Ibi plants.

You will shape future HR agendas, manage payroll, labor relations, and organizational development while collaborating with international HR projects and Works Council initiatives.
