We’re Hiring: Creative & Persuasive Copywriter

At Unconscious Moderation (UM), we’re building something with a purpose: helping people rethink their relationship with alcohol, break unconscious habits, and make more intentional choices.

We believe meaningful change starts with awareness, and we’re looking for a talented writer who can help us bring that message to more people.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, persuasive, native-level English copywriter who understands how to connect with people through words and turn powerful ideas into compelling messages.

What You’ll Do

• Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Create persuasive messaging that connects emotionally with our audience.
• Help develop and strengthen UM’s brand voice.
• Turn meaningful ideas into clear, relatable, action-driven content.
• Bonus: Help create engaging Instagram content and contribute to our social media presence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Native-level English writing skills, ideally with a US or UK English background.
• Strong creative writing, storytelling, and persuasive copywriting skills.
• An understanding of marketing, consumer psychology, and what motivates people to take action.
• Someone creative, proactive, and excited about building something meaningful.
• Experience with Instagram or social media content creation is a plus.
• Based in Madrid and available for part-time, hybrid work.
