CX Account Manager Small Accounts Spanish Market

Overview

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 200–300 small accounts within the Spanish market, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product usage with client needs, educate clients on new features, and implement personalized strategies to upsell and reduce churn. You thrive in a fast-paced startup and help scale the Customer Experience team through proactive, data-informed engagement. Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 200–300 accounts
• Develop personalized engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage churn
• Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support and proactive communication
• Educate clients on new products/features and align with their use cases
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, delivering feedback
• Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships
