Collaborate on AI-integrated systems including LLM-powered workflows and agentic features
Evaluate AI features in production to measure reliability and user impact
Take real ownership of work and investigate the why behind solutions
Work with cross-functional teammates to align on goals and outcomes
Contribute beyond ticket-driven work and help shape product direction
Requisitos principales1–4 years of software engineering experience and full-stack comfort
Curiosity about AI with some hands-on exploration
Focus on outcomes and willingness to fix if needed
Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React or eagerness to become proficient
