Enterprise CS Leader

Instaleap is seeking a senior Enterprise Customer Success leader to guide strategic accounts and drive multi-threaded growth across large retail and e-commerce customers. You will act as the trusted advisor to C-level and VP stakeholders, shaping executive-focused value discussions and long-term roadmaps.

In collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, you will translate data-driven insights into ROI narratives, oversee onboarding and enablement programs, and lead change management
