As we continue to expand across Spain, we are looking for a Head of Studies for Madrid to lead our academic team and help create the dynamic, social and high-quality learning environment our centres are known for.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher ready to take the next step into academic management, or for a current academic leader looking to grow within a fast-paced and people-focused organisation.

What you’ll do

• Lead, support and develop a team of teachers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
• Plan and manage class schedules in line with student demand
• Deliver classes as needed and coordinate cover for teacher absences
• Monitor academic quality through observations, feedback, and ongoing training
• Run regular team meetings and contribute to teacher development and performance reviews
• Work closely with centre management on daily operations and academic planning
• Build strong relationships with students and support a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate teacher schedules, holidays and Saturday rotas
• Support and promote school events and ensure academic team engagement
