Global Head, Number Operations

Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Number Operations function. You will guide a global team, collaborate with Product, Carrier Relations, Legal, and Success teams, and ensure regulatory compliance for all Aircall customers.

The role reports to the VP of Customer Support & Experience and anchors the Support Leadership team. You’ll drive OKRs, process improvements, and partnership with carriers to scale operations globally.
