Задачи * Build and improve CI/CD systems, testing capabilities, and paved paths so engineers can ship quickly and safely * Own and evolve the developer journey from writing code through testing and deployment * Build internal platforms, services, and developer tooling that turn developer experience friction into scalable engineering solutions * Provide infrastructure and paved paths that let engineers and coding agents build, test, and ship autonomously * Use AI and agentic workflows to improve the software development lifecycle, and set up quality gates and safety nets * Operate the systems and tools you build, take part in the team’s support and incident rotation, and use data and developer feedback to measure and improve the platform * Partner with engineering teams, drive adoption of tooling, and align stakeholders across squads to ensure changes land smoothly Требования * Strong hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD systems and pipelines at scale, including reliability, performance, and cost trade-offs * Approximately 8 years of experience designing and building complex backend software systems * Software engineering skills, including Python; able to work productively with it * Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and using it beyond code generation, including for architecture, business logic, security, and improving engineering workflows * Experience building developer platforms, internal developer tooling, developer productivity, or developer experience solutions * Experience designing platforms and tooling for engineers as internal users, with a strong understanding of developer needs and workflows * Familiarity with cloud-native environments and distributed systems * Business-oriented and data-driven approach * Strong communication skills * English at C1 level or higher Условия * Competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance * Generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com * Learning & Development budget and time off for self-development * Free mental health support platforms * Access to Gympass-partnered wellness and gym centers throughout Spain * Attractive relocation package to join the Barcelona Hub #J-18808-Ljbffr
