Описание:Revolut’s Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions of people worldwide, providing fast, thoughtful assistance. The team represents customers and works with product teams to improve customer experiences and service.

Задачи:

• Provide excellent customer service at the Revolut Store in Barcelona
• Represent Revolut at all times
• Collaborate with international team members to address customer disruptions

Требования:

• Fluent English (C1+)
• Fluent Catalan and Spanish (C1+)
• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Bachelor’s degree; must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
• Strong analytical, IT, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Empathy and a passion for helping xghoner people
• Self-motivated, driven, and flexible team player
• Based in Barcelona
• Будет плюсом: in-person customer support experience, exposure to banking, financial services, or sales
