Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the support lifecycle.
Delivering technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and local teams.
Supporting system integrations and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms and technologies.
Producing and maintaining technical documentation implementation guides and service procedures.
Collaborating with Product Development Quality Assurance and regional support teams to ensure high service standards.
Managing customer expectations through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support professional services software implementation or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Enterprise networking troubleshooting and network security concepts.
Windows operating systems administration and configuration.
SQL databases and database management fundamentals.
Virtualization technologies and infrastructure monitoring.
Cloud environments and SaaS PaaS and IaaS architectures.
Software integrations and communication protocols.
Web applications and application server environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.
Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 - 10 of the time.
