Cloud Marketplace and Process Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will help design and optimize centralized operational processes that support TD SYNNEX’s Cloud and ISV activities across 20+ European countries. You will own pricing and margin frameworks, ensuring accuracy and profitability while aligning with vendor and business objectives. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive governance, and implement scalable, compliant services that enhance the customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, international environment with a clear focus on growth and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize centralized operational processes for TD SYNNEX Cloud and ISV business in EMEA
• Own ISV Syndication pricing and margin frameworks, governance and alignment across countries
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of cloud operational frameworks and monitoring
• Act as business owner for operational system enablement, defining requirements and automation opportunities
• Manage cross-functional projects, product launches, pricing programs and operational initiatives
• Ensure compliance and governance across pricing, margins, vendor activities and service delivery
