OverviewIn this role you will manage procurement and inventory processes to support our supply chain.
You will coordinate with Strategic Planner, vendors, and logistics to ensure accurate orders, pricing, and delivery data in SAP.
You'll resolve inquiries and drive ad hoc projects to improve efficiency.

ResponsabilidadesPlace purchase orders based on Strategic Planner parameters
Verify vendor confirmations for product, quantity, pricing, and delivery dates; update SAP accordingly
Assist with vendor price changes to reflect correct cost prices in SAP
Coordinate stock rotation with vendor and logistics teams per contracts
Resolve invoice and warehouse queries for assigned vendors
Manage ad hoc projects as directed by manager
Ensure timely, effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors

Good working knowledge of MS Office tools and inventory systems (SAP R3) would be advantageous
