Senior Accountant

Overview

In this Senior Accountant role, you will lead the European month-end closing and oversee General Ledger activities, driving process improvements across accounting. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The role combines hands-on accounting with mentoring and automation initiatives in a fast-paced closing cycle. Responsabilidades

• Execute and oversee month-end closings
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide updates
• Support and guide junior accountants within the team
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Work with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
• Collaborate with the wider European accounting teams
• Maintain high performance during the 5-day closing period

Requisitos principales

• Strong background in accounting
• Advanced command of Excel
• Experience with SAP
• High level of English (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
