System Integration Specialist

Overview

In this role you drive system integration across immunoassay workflows within the R&D team, optimizing automated systems and validating experimental results. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to advance immunoassay technology and support field service engineers. This position combines hands-on lab work with cross-functional coordination, documentation, and travel to partner sites. Responsabilidades

• Lead system integration activities and experimental work across the product life cycle
• Integrate, test and optimize automated systems for immunoassay workflows
• Design and execute experiments for immunoassay integration; validate results
• Support immunoassay development and collaboration with other R&D teams
• Prepare reports and present findings to internal and external partners
• Coordinate with supervisors and stakeholders across R&D and other functions
• Maintain QMS/compliant documentation and SOPs for integration
• Supervise maintenance tasks and assist in laboratory upkeep
• Mentor junior staff and identify training needs
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost and timeline objectives

Requisitos principales

• Bachelor in Health Sciences; PhD studies valued
• ≥3 years of laboratory experience
• Desirable: immunoassays and/or IVD devices development experience
• Strong knowledge of Office package; statistics knowledge
• Excellent English communication (CAE qualified)
• Good Laboratory Practices knowledge
• Willingness to travel and spend extended periods at partner sites
