Global A&P COE Lead – Finance

Bacardi is seeking a senior finance leader to head the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) Controllership across Europe, LAC and global functions. You will lead a team of PrimOs, drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value through standardized processes. Ideally you bring 5-7 years in finance, strong FP&A and accounting experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication in English.
