Creative Director — 4-Day Week

Camping TV, a Barcelona-based video agency, seeks a Creative Director to own projects end to end and raise the bar on our work. You will direct live action, motion, and AI-led production, guiding directors and designers while presenting concepts to clients.

We operate a 4-day workweek with a hybrid Barcelona base. The role offers €45,000 to €65,000 gross per year, depending on experience, and is rooted in strong storytelling and design leadership.
