Associate Director, Process Transformation

Novartis AG in Barcelona is seeking a programme and transformation professional to support the Experience & Adoption strategy. You will coordinate transformation initiatives, align priorities and workplans, and track progress against objectives, reporting to E&A leadership.

You will manage OKRs, KPIs, and strategic roadmaps, analyze data, collaborate with IT, design, research and business leaders, and help ensure alignment with DD&IT priorities to drive successful transformation outcomes.
